Output Comp

Build the delivery comp, with your render re-distorted back onto the original plate.

Builds the delivery comp: the original plate with your render re-distorted on top, at the plate's own resolution.

This is the other half of Output 3D. That one builds the scene you render, this one builds the comp you deliver.

Input

One input, Scene, taking the same track that feeds Output 3D. The node walks upstream from there to find the Lens Distortion node and the original plate, which is why it needs the track rather than a plain camera.

Nothing is drawn on the node until it's connected.

Setup Compositor

One button, and it builds the whole comp.

It reaches past the undistort to find the real plate, so the comp lands on your original footage rather than the straightened intermediate. If the chain crops or reformats before the solve, it corrects for that too, the same way the scene import does.

The warp lives in a reusable node group called Re Distort, and an Un Distort group is created alongside it, unwired, for when you need it.

Rebuilding

Press it again after changing the lens and it reuses the groups by name, only repointing their maps. Anything you built inside them survives.

If your compositor holds nodes Dope Track didn't create, it asks before replacing anything, so a comp you assembled by hand is never quietly thrown away.
